- Clubs – Join a lunchtime walking club at work (or start one). Visit a library and ask for a list of community activities that increase your health, your enjoyment of your town, and you may find like-minded neighbors that you’ve never met.
- Hobby – Have a hobby that you want to try? If you have always wanted to take up a hobby, try one that involves a little exercise. Join a camera club with members who enjoy photographing seaside, mountain, and field environments. Or, take your camera with you at lunchtime and photograph the architecture near your office.
